Ingredients:

  • Boneless skinless chicken thighs (2 lbs)
  • Barbecue sauce (1/2 cup + more to taste)

Directions:

  1. Cook chicken and 1/2 cup sauce in slow cooker on high for 4 hours or low for 8.
  2. Shred chicken using two forks and add sauce to taste.
