Yield: ~6 oz

Ingredients:

  • Marinade ingredients (see Marinades folder)
  • Thinly sliced beef (1 lb)

Directions:

  1. Cut beef strips to desired length and width (allow for some shrinkage).
  2. Mix marinade ingredients.
  3. Add beef and marinade to a resealable plastic bag.
  4. Seal and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Discard liquid and dehydrate beef at 160°F (70°C) to desired dryness (3-8 hours depending on thickness).
