Ingredients:

  • Lemon juice (1/2 cup)
  • Sugar (1 cup)
  • Butter (1 stick)
  • Egg yolks (5)
  • Salt (1/4 tsp)

Directions:

  1. Incorporate all ingredients in food processor.
  2. Cook in a saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently, until temperature reaches 170°F.
  3. Strain into an airtight container. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate.
