Ingredients:
- Butter (1/2 cup)
- Brown sugar (2 cups)
- Whole milk (1/2 cup)
- Peanut butter (1 cup)
- Vanilla extract (1 tsp)
- Powdered sugar (3 cups)
Directions:
- Line an 8x8" baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- While butter melts, measure powdered sugar into a large mixing bowl.
- Stir in milk and brown sugar.
- Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
- Pour over powdered sugar and beat until smooth.
- Pour into baking pan and chill until firm, then cut into squares.
