Ingredients:

  • Butter (1/2 cup)
  • Brown sugar (2 cups)
  • Whole milk (1/2 cup)
  • Peanut butter (1 cup)
  • Vanilla extract (1 tsp)
  • Powdered sugar (3 cups)

Directions:

  1. Line an 8x8" baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  3. While butter melts, measure powdered sugar into a large mixing bowl.
  4. Stir in milk and brown sugar.
  5. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
  7. Pour over powdered sugar and beat until smooth.
  8. Pour into baking pan and chill until firm, then cut into squares.
